Great food and service

Very good. Everyone enjoyed there food alot. Waitress was helpful when ordering and had good service.

I've had dinner here before and was very happy with the meal. I was a little disappointed this time. It was obvious that the taco shells were out of a box and the ground beef in my friends taco was terrible. The chicken enchiladas, the salsa, the rice and beans were all good. I may go back for the chicken enchiladas, but I won't go back for the tacos.

First time there. Ordered Super Nachos to go. Very pleased. Will go there again. Staff very nice.

Great Mexican food with big plates and friendly and efficient staff. The chips were big and warm and the salsa had plenty of heat, for me. Plenty of great menu selections. I chose chicken chimmi and it was delicious!! Highly recommend Los Hermanos. July 1, 2018Was craving Mexican food so headed straight to Los IV Hermanos. Had the burrito de carna asada and OMG it was so good!!! Another fab meal and great service.

This place had the best mexican food! Hands down the best place to eat during this pandemic. Besides being hung up on, left on hold and having their stresses of being very busy pushed on to us when I picked up our food, they are kind, hard working and the food did not disappoint! I love that the staff was knowledgable about gluten-free choices too. Thank you! Wish we had eaten there all 3 days!

Good food. Good service. Some food is excellent some is ok. Depends on what you like. Overall I would eat there again.

We ordered take out, and it was ready in 10 minutes. Very impressed with the service and the food. I can personally recommend the Chicken enchiladas with beans and rice. It was also nice to have fresh tortillas chips and salsa included. Excellent food! We will be returning soon to have another wonderful meal.

Decent Mexican food at fair prices. Like many places in town they close relatively early, at 9 on Saturday even though their website said 10. Food is not bad and the menu selections are varied and attractive. I'd eat here again...

This is our favorite Mexican restaurant in Ocean Shores. The chicken tortilla soup is excellent. Love the nachos Blanca also. This is a restaurant where locals dine.

Good food but pricey

Typical family Mexican restaurant with good food and friendly service. $90 for five people. I had tacos de pollo asado. My wife had super nachos. One daughter has burrito de carne Assad’s, and the other two had chicken quesadillas. The burrito was pronounced “best thing I ever ate.” Good choice for a family meal in Ocean Shores.

Seated us quickly, a party of 10 including 4 children. Staff were friendly, and the food was wonderfully delicious and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend!!!

Huge portions! Friendly staff, comfy booths and great flavor. The chicken was cooked beautifully. Creamy guacamole and the mango margarita was not too sweet.

Great service a little spendy

Not what I was hoping for. Hard shell tacos with ground beef instead of like a street taco. And no Horchata. Chips and salsa was pretty good. Feels like American Mexican, which is fine if that's what you like!

Great food, we didn’t wait at all to be seated. We got a table quickly and ordered quickly. The waitstaff was was polite and all smiles. Our food was hot and fresh. Cocktails were awesome. Will return!

I don't even know where to start with this review honestly. My boyfriend and I stopped in here on our mini vacation. First of all, my boyfriend ordered a margarita that was garnished with a lime slice so old that the only part of it that was green was a tiny sliver down the middle. We shared the fajitas for two which were incredibly bland and tasteless. The pico was 99% chopped onion that didn't taste fresh either. The atmosphere feels dingy. When my boyfriend asked the waitress for flour tortillas after we had our food, she acted like she didn't have a clue what to do. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place altogether.

The food was ok. The service was slow. The chip and guacamole was good.

Dirty. Poor organization when it came to waiting for a table. Told to wait in the car and then they would call when a table was ready. I guess this may be the new norm, but the building was musty as well as some booths taped off.

They are like family. The staff is so kind and thoughtful. The food is enough to stuff you full & it's delicious 😋 . Parking is plentiful.

Great food, great service. Prices are what you can expect from a mom n pop place. 12 bucks for a quesadilla plate kind of deal. Highly recommend. Margs could be a little stronger 😉 but no complaints.

They were completely swamped with orders when I arrived to place a to go order (tried to call it in but no one answered). It took a bit for someone to help me but they were professional and helpful despite being busy. The tacos were good and the salsa was great.

Best food in ocean shores I'm not a seafood eater

Amazing enchiladas!!! Definitely come with an appetite because the dishes are large. I have tried the Mexicanos enchiladas as well as the IV Hermanos enchiladas and they were both delicious. This is not a place where everything is prepared already and then plated, super fresh ingredients. They also have a massive selection of mixed drinks, beer, etc...

Fast friendly service great food!

RUDEST STAFF EVER!! Waited 15 minutes at the entrance with ZERO acknowledgement. And then when my friend asked if we could get seated by a waitress that passed by at least 5 times prior rudely directed us to the “wait to be seated” sign and proceeded to angrily say “can’t we see she’s busy”, said she had no idea how long it would be and that she needed to take care of her customers first. I’m sorry, but customer service 101 totally non existent with this woman! Went down the street to Las Maracas and being treated with respect! Unbelievable Los IV Hermanos.

Food was just ok. Service was horrible. Asked for more chips and salsa. Waiter said would be a little extra. Didn't know it would be $4.00. Asked for cheesecake and came to us frozen.

Avoid. The service was angry-like. The food is expensive and the quality is poor. We had vegetarian fajitas, for example, the main ingredient was onions! No cheese and we ordered one extra corn tortilla and they charged extra for it without informing us. The server seemed angry at us, for some reason. I gave a ten percent tip (which I never do as I am a good tipper). The next day, I went to another restaurant with such friendly service, I wondered why I gave those at Hermanos a tip at all. Most vegetarian fajitas come with broccoli, cauliflower, bell pepper of various colors, onions (often red), carrots and mushrooms (tofu or faux paux meats if in a good city). Hermanos Fajitas were mostly onions with a few bell peppers and mushrooms. Almost $40 dollars for dinner for two with that quality food is excessive. Lots of kind people in Ocean Shores with good food and good prices, patron elsewhere!

We moved from California 4 years ago and haven't found authentic Mexican food. This place was amazing! Acapulco burritto and/or chimichanga with crab, shrimp and scallops...never had anything like it! Fresh and delicious!
